Free 30-Day Returns
This page applies to returns for United States customers.
At Delux Jewelry, we offer a complimentary 30-day return window with free return shipping on all U.S. orders, so you can shop confidently. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days from the date it ships.
Extended Holiday Returns
Orders placed between November 14, 2025 and December 16, 2025 are eligible for return through January 15, 2026.
Return Policies
All Returns
- Once your return request is approved, you have 7 days to ship the item.
- All items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging and documents included at the time of purchase.
- Missing diamond certificates (when applicable) will incur a $100 replacement fee.
- Items altered, engraved, or resized by any third party other than Delux Jewelry cannot be returned.
- Returns showing wear, damage, or modification will not be accepted.
- Packages without a valid Return Authorization Number, or packages refused at delivery, cannot be refunded.
- We reserve the right to limit website access or close accounts for customers who repeatedly abuse the returns process. Please refer to our full Returns Policy in our Terms & Conditions.
Returns to Original Payment
- Most items may be refunded back to your original payment method.
- All pre-designed styles are eligible for a full refund to your original form of payment.
Store Credit Only
Some products may only be eligible for store credit, including:
- High ticket jewelry pieces
- Special orders
- Fully custom designs
Custom pieces revised or remade using store credit are considered one-time redesigns and become final sale once the new order is placed.
Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty still applies to all eligible purchases. For assistance, please contact our team.
Returns with Cash-Back or Third-Party Offers
Orders placed using non-reversible third-party cash-back promotions (such as credit-card rewards, loyalty programs, or employee perk platforms) are not eligible for a full refund, but may be returned for store credit.
How to Return an Order
1. Initiate Your Return
Delux Jewelry offers free 30-day returns starting from the day your order ships.
If eligible, we will email you a prepaid return label that includes your Return Authorization Number, valid for 7 days.
To begin, please contact us through any method listed on our Support page.
2. Prepare Your Return
- Include all original packaging, documentation, and diamond certificates. Missing certificates will result in a $100 fee.
- Place the jewelry in the original jewelry box.
- Place the jewelry box inside a sturdy shipping box (you may reuse the original shipping box or pick up a UPS box).
- Include your return packing slip inside the box.
- Seal the shipment and attach the prepaid label.
3. Ship Your Return
- Drop the package off at your nearest staffed UPS location.
Delux Jewelry is not responsible for packages placed in drop boxes or non-staffed locations. - Obtain a UPS receipt—this serves as proof of insurance.
- If you choose a different carrier, return shipping is your responsibility. Please ensure the shipment is insured, requires a signature, and includes delivery confirmation. Delux Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Process
Inspection
Once your return arrives, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item.
Please allow up to 7 business days for this process.
Refund
- Refunds for custom or special-order items will be issued as store credit. Any financing or payment plan obligations remain active.
- Refunds for pre-designed styles will be issued to the original payment method, or by check if the original payment was bank wire or another method requiring manual processing.
- For credit-card refunds, please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear.
