About our Lab Diamond Jewelry
Are your diamonds real?
Yes. All diamonds used at Delux Jewelry are real VVS lab grown diamonds. They are exactly identical to mined diamonds when comparing their brilliance, durability and chemical composition.
What metals do you use?
All of our pieces are crafted in both 14k solid or sterling silver. Our 14k gold is available in yellow, white and rose gold. We do not use plating.
Do your diamonds pass a diamond tester?
Yes. Our lab diamonds are real diamonds as they share the same chemical and physical properties as natural diamonds.
Orders & Production
How long do orders take to process?
Most orders will ship within 2-5 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during high volume periods such as holidays or new product drops.
Do you offer custom jewelry?
Currently, we are only offering our lab grown jewelry in specific sizes, shapes, metals and total carat weights - all made for perfect proportion. Fully custom orders may be available upon request.

Do you offer insured shipping?
Yes. All orders are fully insured and are shipped in secure packaging to ensure a safe deliver.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only shipping within the United States. International options may be added soon.
Will my package require a signature?
It depends. Typically, orders of higher value may require your signature to protect your purchase.

Every diamond we use is VVS clarity. We believe in only offering the best quality for our clients.
What diamond shapes do you offer?
We currently offer Round, Emerald, Oval, Pear and Marquise shaped lab grown diamonds - with more options added regularly.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size for my jewelry?
Each piece at Delux Jewelry is designed with standard and comfortable sizing in mind. We recommend selecting the size that you would normally wear but you are unsure; you can use our measurement guide or can compare with a piece that you already own.
Are your pieces true to size?
Yes. All of our jewelry is made with accuracy and precision in mind to ensure that they fit naturally and comfortably without feeling too loose or too tight.
Can you help me figure out my size?
Absolutely! If you need guidance, our team can help you determine the best size based on your preferences, measurements and the type of jewelry you are choosing.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my jewelry?

At home: Use a gently mix of warm water and a mild soap, along with a soft cloth.
- Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner: Our pieces are safe to use in ultrasonic cleaners for a deeper clean.
- Local Jeweler: If you are wanting to deep clean your jewelry but do not have access to an ultrasonic cleaner, you may be able to take your piece(s) to your nearest jewelry store where they can properly clean and polish it.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. Contact us anytime if your piece needs to be repaired, resized or a multipoint inspection.
